Q: Are you affiliated with Kodi or Raspberry Pi?
A: No, we are not affiliated or represent either company, but we absolutely love the products they provide. We utilize the software and hardware each company provides to make our amazing product available to the consumer in a simple easy to use format.
Q: Are these illegal?
A: No, these are completely legal units that utilize legally available providers for content.
Q: Can these units be used for illegal purposes?
A: Yes, but we do not provide these units with anything that would be defined as illegal under Canadian law. Much like you could get into your car and do something illegal behind the wheel, the owner is responsible for their actions while using the product.
Q: Do you modify the software on these devices?
No, we do not make any modifications to the software as per the fair use policy that Kodi has provided to the public.
Q: Do you provide support for Kodi?
A: Yes, but to a limited extent to ensure our product works as intended for our customers use. Any issues that may arise with your device, we will offer support as long as the support we are providing directly relates to the operability of our devices. If for some reason your device has an issue we can't reproduce, we will suggest reinstalling the original Kodi build intended for the product.
Q: What guarantee do I have that your device will work?
A: We assemble, test, and operate each component function, prior to leaving our facility. We want a happy customer who is confident in making future purchases from our company.

Q: Can I modify my device software/hardware?
A: Yes, but you do so at your own risk. MediaPro Canada will not be held liable or accountable for any modifications made to your device.
Q: How long is your return policy?
A: We offer a 15 day guarantee that your device will work as intended. We feel that should be ample time to determine if there are any issues or defects with your device. Any devices that have been modified, opened, tampered with, or damaged within the 15 day return period will be voided. If you are not completely satisfied with the product within the 15 day return period, we will initiate a return ticket when you contact us within the 15 day return period. We will determine if your returned product is able to be resold, once recieved at our facility, and issue a refund for your purchase. All components must be 100% included and returned as it was shipped to you. Any components that are missing will be deducted from the refund. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Devices lost or missing in transit will not qualify for a refund.
